An Extraordinary Return:

65 High Street Kensington

Jigsaw proudly returns to its iconic home at 65 Kensington High Street, unveiling a newly refurbished flagship store. Designed by AMD Interior Architecture and renowned architect and designer Nigel Coates, the space marks a striking evolution of the brand’s heritage.

Spanning 2,300 sq ft, the reimagined store stays true to Jigsaw’s commitment to conscious design, using natural materials and upcycled key elements – such as the beautifully repurposed elm wood flooring from Jigsaw’s former Kew Head Office. Not forgetting Tom Dixon’s original sun light installation and André Dubreuil’s wrought iron rail stands – that have been carefully restored and refinished for the reopening. A sea of bespoke Lilium suspension lights, designed by Coates and handcrafted in Italy, further enhance the immersive atmosphere.

Staying faithful to the original design language while embracing modern updates, Jigsaw’s decision to engage with AMD and reunite with Coates for this project celebrates a legacy of 40 years in the making.

“High Street Kensington has always been an important part of Jigsaw’s story, and we’re thrilled to be re-opening our flagship store. Working once again with Nigel Coates – the creative mind behind our original store – this reopening is both a celebration of our heritage and an exciting step into the future. The new space captures everything we stand for: timeless style, beautiful design, and an inspiring experience for our customers. We are looking forward to welcoming you back into the store,” said Vicki Baker, Retail Director at Jigsaw.
